Thank you for your interest in the products and services offered by Stellar Cell Technologies Corp. (“Stellar Cell” hereinafter). The present Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) applies to physical goods, and only for equipment clearly stipulated to be covered by Warranty on their relevant web pages, and purchased from Stellar Cell (the “Physical Goods”).

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Stellar Cell will repair or replace, at no charge, the Physical Goods or the parts thereof that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Stellar Cell is usually one year from the date of purchase or delivery whichever is later. In case a different Warranty period is mentioned in a certain Physical Goods, that Warranty period shall apply.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or ninety days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship at the discretion of Stellar Cell technician.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Stellar Cell will do its best efforts to expedite the Warranty service, be it repairs and/or replacement of the Physical Goods or the parts thereof. However, Stellar Cell shall not be held liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages any other damages or loss of business, etc., whatsoever for the possible time it may take for the Warranty services to be rendered by Stellar Cell and/or its designated or other technicians.

Frequently asked questions

The return materials authorization (RMA) or order number is the reference number for your return. We include the RMA order number in the email confirmation sent to you. You must clearly label all returns with the RMA number so they are identifiable.
